User relations service (URP)

Services offered by the URP are:

• providing information on the structure, activities, products and services offered by the Institute;
• enabling the exercising of rights to access administrative documents and environmental information;
• collecting problem and inefficiency reports or suggestions on improving the quality of ISPRA’s services;
• providing references on the main regulations concerning environmental communication and information.
