The Network is currently composed of representatives from 13 agencies. It intends to promote the participation of the whole agency system, making skills, experience and services available during the planning and starting off stages of new structures.

The Network offers a series of services to users, according to the modalities provided by single structures. These include:

• bibliographical research;
• identification and location of documents;
• consultation of online databases and journals;
• borrowing of books between different libraries and supply of documentation.
