Birds of Padule Fucecchio

Available data from the census of water birds "wintering" in Padule Fucecchio, conducted last January 13. The work, organized by the Research Center of Padule Fucecchio in collaboration with the Tuscan Ornithological Center has seen the involvement of a dozen experts enabled by Ispra and many bird watchers and hunters of Padule.
The activity is part of an international project coordinated by the same Ispra, Italy and the province of Pistoia, which is the managing body of the nature reserve. During the census were found 31 different species for a total of 6460 birds.
