“Carta della Natura” (Chart of Nature): results, applications and future developments

Completed the experimental phase and started the implementation of the “Carta degli Habitat” (Chart of Habitat) at a scale 1:50.000 on a part of the national territory, is now time to present the first results in some regions which have completed mapping of the entire region (Friuli Venezia Giulia, Molise, Sicily, Valle d'Aosta and Veneto) and in some protected areas, to define the possible use of data and detect any possible future developments.
Participants at the conference will receive three volumes containing, respectively, the new methodology adopted for the implementation of the Chart, the catalog of the habitats of national interest and the results obtained in the region Friuli Venezia Giulia.
