The training course to fill up properly the new Environmental Declaration Model (MUD), organized by the ISPRA Waste Service and scheduled for February 19, has been temporarily canceled, due to the approval of an amendment to Decree-Law n. 208/2008, issued by the Environment Commission, concerning "extraordinary measures in the field of water resources and environmental protection". The use of the 2008 MUD form could be extended to 2009. The amendment is under discussion in the Senate and will probably be converted into law by the end of the month. In this perspective, the course will be rescheduled.
