Geo-mineral parks and Geoparks: experiences of management and valorisation of the territory

The conference, organized by the ISPRA Department of Nature Protection, in collaboration with Federculture, within the context of the 'International Year of Planet Earth", aims to enable an information exchange and experiences sharing among the Italian Geo-mineral parks and geoparks, in order to revitalize the mining areas that seem destined to a definitive degradation.
During the symposium will be presented the book "Guidelines for the management and use of Geo-mineral sites and parks."
