The conference will present an update of the European and national scenarios, both from a scientific point of view than on the side of the policies implemented. The aim is to highlight the crucial connection between the various sectors and promoting governance in terms of programming, rather than emergency, also exploiting the contribution of the reduction of greenhouse gases emissions in the atmosphere.
