EMAS III: a further step towards environmental sustainability
Monselice, November 14
Fifteen years after the first version of the EU regulation EMAS, the European Commission recently made a proposal of revision of what is considered an instrument of excellence in sustainable environmental management. What are the perspectives and opportunities of improvement in implementing of EMAS III? What's the role of the public administration in the environmental management and in the performance assessment and reporting? These questions will be the subject of debate involving representatives of the national and EU institutions that have always been involved in the EMAS regulation.
