Mycotoxins: new scenarios in the cereal and agroalimentary spinneret

Mycotoxins represent a severe problem in the agroalimentary products hygienic sanitary management, an emerging issue that needs to be faced with a growing awareness of its extension and of the plurarity of subjects involved.
In years the European Union is managing the mycotoxins risk by the implementation of the laws on maximum limits and sampling methods. In this perspective Italy's attention must be focused on defending and improve the national production.
Bologna Province Association of the Agrarian Faculty Graduates, that joins FIDAF, A.G.E.R. Bologna Commodity Exchange and A.R.P.A Emilia Romagna organized a refresher course on the new legislative scenario,controls and current problem solving technics. Experts from several fields, public and scientific institution included, involved in the agroalimentary spinneret at different levels, will have the chance to exchange experiences.
