Legal framework of reference

The legal framework of reference is composed of:

• Decree no. 112 Law of June 25, 2008, converted into law, with amendments, by Law no. 133 of 21 August 2008  - Urgent provisions for economic development, simplification, competitiveness, stabilisation of public finance and tax equalization.
