The document is the fruit of a work of comparison and
collaboration carried out inside the Working Group of the Agency
System for the Communication, Information, Formation and the
environmental Education (C.I.F.E.), to satisfy the order stated in
its foundation document, i.e. to strengthen the bonds of the system
through the identification of criterions, methodologies and quality
standards which can be homogeneous for all, though appropriate for
different Agencies.
