This study, promoted from the ONOG observatory in collaboration with the ARPAT, and submitted to the IRPET Tuscany, proposes a solution to the structuring of the different and not homogeneous sources of financing to which the regional and provincial Agencies for the protection of the environment can draw, inside a single structure of supply, and it’s consequent to the research project  on "The financing of the regional and provincial Agencies for the protection of the environment", deriving from the 2003 Executive Plan of the ONOG observatory, and developed in collaboration with ARPA Lombardy.
