The volume contains the elaboration of the data and the picked informations with the second project benchmarking realized from the National observatory on the organization and on the Management of the Arpa-Appa (ONOG) in collaboration with the regional and provincial Agencies for the protection of the environment and it covers the three lines of activity in which it articulates the project: "Activity and functions" of the ARPA-APPA, "Models and organizational structures" of the ARPA-APPA, "Systems of planning and control" of the ARPA-APPA.
