Evaluation of the genotoxicity of pollutants in water
environments
The pollution of water environments is an
intricate problem. Studies on mutagenic and cancerogenic substances
cannot be separated from those regarding other toxic agents. This
report presents the studies, carried out by APAT, to finalise a
method of carrying out micronuclear tests (MN tests) in
erythrocytes of icthyc species.
