Waste collection, recycling and exploitation of the second
resources, in this context the treatment of the organic fraction of
the waste through anaerobic digestion can play a more and more
important role, that allows to combine the recovery of materials
with the recovery of energy.
This text is a valid support to the local Corporate body in charge
of the release of the authorizations and the control of the plants,
as well as to the planners and managers, giving guidelines for the
planning and the management of the fittingses that work on the
process of anaerobic digestion.
